Out with the old, in with the new. Praying 2012 is just as blessed as 2011. From my family, to yours, Happy New Year!

Neither Justin or I have ever had a themed/costume party, so when I started to think of what to do for Justin's 30th, dressing up was A MUST! We are both huge fans of the show Boardwalk Empire and the entire prohibition era, that I new it would be the perfect theme for the party. There was casino games, a raffle, and plenty of boot-leg liquor ;)
Here are some pics from the evening...enjoy!

We got Xmas started a little earlier than usual this year, and made our first batch of christmas sugar cookies to decorate. Since we cut out and baked the cookies later in the day, we decided to decorate them the following evening. The kids had a great time, though I think they enjoyed playing in the flour best. Lol
Boog showing off the star cookie he made.
Big sissy helping lil sissy
The kid's masterpieces!
Ally made Jack,I decorated the Millennium Falcon, and Justin decorated the tie-fighter...

I have been a terrible blogger, as of lately. It's not that I don't have stuff to write about, because I do... A LOT of stuff actually....I just cannot find the time to sit down an write out a complete sentence, let also an in depth post...
Hopefully I'll find the time before the year ends... Yea, I'm THAT busy!

I have been planning this date for a couple weeks now, and I was so glad nothing got in the way of it. It's been a few months since Justin and I have been able to have a date, just the 2 of us. My sister came to watch all the kids so that we could hang out all day.
What better way to escape life (kids) and be an adult... By going to Disneyland and be around everyone else's kids! Lol honestly it was so much fun to actually go on all the kids and ride WITH Justin. I don't think we've actually ridden a ride together in at least 5 years! Lol
We got to the park around 11am and by 4:50 (when we left) we had ridden almost all the rides in BOTH parks! It was absolutely empty!
I can't even begin to explain how amazing it was to have this time with my husband. Don't get me wrong, I love all 3 of my children more than life itself, but my husband is my heart... My soul... My best friend. Spending the day with him, just being two people in our 20's was so refreshing and incredibly fun!
We went to Benihanas (our fav) for dinner, and got home early enough to tuck Ally into bed and fall asleep while watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S.
Talk about a perfect day....
"Whooooooooooooaw!" (Michael Jackson is my ALL TIME fav!)
Seriously, SO HOT!
We were sleeping... Lol
My fav pic!
