So my daughter comes home today and let's me know she needs about 50 chocolate on chocolate cupcakes made tonight, for a school party tomorrow.... Don't get me wrong, I LOVE to bake, it's just that after cleaning, cooking, and taking care of the kids all day, it wasn't something I was expecting. My daughter has only 2 days left of being a 6th grader, how could I NOT come through? So being the SUPER MOM that I am, I whipped up 56 Devils Food cupcakes with Chocolate Fudge frosting... YUM!
